Tom Swanbeck, Broker Associate

Originally from Ohio, Tom has lived and worked in Southwest Florida since 1987. Many years of caring for clients has earned Tom the designation of International President´s Elite, establishing him as one of only 2% of all real estate professional in the United States to attain the high standards required.

As an REO specialist, Tom maintains a large inventory of corporate properties in Lee and Collier counties, representing excellent investment opportunities. Karen Swanbeck, Realtor

Karen has lived in Southwest Florida since 1983. She owned and operated a successful insurance agency on Fort Myers beach before redirecting her efforts into real estate. Karen also has earned the International President´s Elite designation. In addition to her direct sales activities, Karen is responsible for the innovative and comprehensive marketing efforts of Team Swanbeck.

Karen and husband Tom are involved in the activities of service organizations working to improve and "give back" to their communities. They have two children with whom they enjoy world travel.
